My aspiration is to be one of the builders of a world of equality, a world where diversity is respected and value for people's lives is paramount. A world where religion and culture are not used as weapons of dispute and destruction, where leaders serve and not steal, where everyone does not pretend to love each other but does so straight from the heart.

great message standtall
i am against violence against women but i have to admit i have succumed to it at some awful points in my life
when i was in a relationship with my ex i put my hands on her more than once because i couldnt out argue her
i felt really guilty about it afterwards so i told her she could call my parents and we could talk to them about it
the next thing she told every little thing i ever did and snitched on me for things i didnt even remember
my father and my mother cussed me out and made me feel ashamed to the point where i didnt lay my hand on another woman after that
they told my whole family and cousins i hadnt talked to in a long time called me to ask me what was wrong with me
i felt so stupid but i will never think about putting my hands on another woman again
shame can be powerful tool when used correctly
